THE Magistrates Court yesterday withdrew two charges against an accused after it’s satisfied reconciliation was made.

Hudson Loa was charged with threatening violence and criminal trespass.

He pleaded guilty to the threatening violence committed last year but denied the criminal trespass charge.

In court yesterday the prosecution received a letter from a pastor who witnessed the reconciliation.

The victim also appeared in court confirming reconciliation took place between him and the accused.

Principal Magistrate Steve Wilson said he is satisfied with the reconciliation.

Both charges were then withdrawn against the accused.

Private lawyer Ben Etomea represented the accused.
