The communities are Ragovolo and Kapinauvu.
Speaking to the Solomon Star Alfred Pohe a community rep from Rogavolo said the support is indeed a heart breaking one for the people in these two communities.
He said many times they have been left out and never been assisted by any provincial and parliament member but its the first time for someone like Martin Sopaghe to recognise them and provide assistance.
“We were over enjoyed and happy as successful recipients like any other communities in North Guadalcanal.”
Mr Pohe said they will be working closely with Mr Sopage and his committee members to ensure what belongs to them must also benefit them.
Meanwhile MP Sopaghe said the assistance in his constituency will continue until everyone in the community receives their share.
“After I complete housing project I will switch over to another project hopefully next year,” Mr Sopaghe said.
He added every communities including churches will be awarded iron roofing.
He urged those families and communities which already their roofing iron to start building their homes in order to improve their standard of living.
