According to the National Exam and Standard Unit (NESU) of the Ministry of Education, it had rescheduled the exams dates from August to October 8th.
A spokesperson from NESU said the Pacific Islands Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (PILNA) exam will start on October 8th with English, October 9th Mathematics followed by the General Paper on October 10th.
The spokesperson said there were also changes for forms five and three exam timetable.
NESU had decided that beginning this year form five exams will be held in September, form three on the first week of October and grade six on the second week of October.
NESU said all schools in the country had been informed of these changes.
