O’LEAGUE REP, the Solomon Warriors FC and Western United FC have booked a spot each for the TSL championship semi finals which will be held on Friday.

Western United confirmed their semi final placement after defeating Hana FC 2-1, a much bigger difference to their first meet which United won 8-0.

Solomon Warriors in the second match yesterday had their second championship win defeating Marist Fire 7-2, much lower compared to their first, 11-2.

However their semi final opponents are yet to be confirmed and it will sure be known by the end of the day when matches between Koloale and KOSSA, and Real Kakamora and Malaita Kingz concludes today.

Real Kakamora and Malaita Kingz will kick off their match at 2pm today followed by Koloale and KOSSA at 4pm.

During their first meet, KOSSA defeated Koloale 4-1 and Real Kakamora defeated Malaita Kingz 4-0.

For Koloale to stay in contention they must put on a much stronger performance today with a minimum of five goals clear against KOSSA.

A win or a draw for KOSSA will automatically draw out Koloale from the competition and that also applies to Malaita Kingz to stay in contention.

The winner between Koloale and KOSSA will play the Solomon Warriors in the semi finals while the winner between Real Kakamora will play against Western United.
