THREE teams have registered for the Honiara Football Association (HFA) Pre-season League.
HFA general secretary Leonard Paia confirmed this to Star Sports last night after the closed of registration at 4:3o pm, Friday.
“Only three teams registered for the HFA Preseason League,’’ Paia said.
“They are Juniper FC, Solomon Sheet Steal FC and Kingz FC,’’ he added.
Paia said since they only have three teams the league will officially start on Wednesday at the KGVI field.
“The three teams will play in a round robin format and the top two winners will play the bottom two teams of the 2016 HFA Division 2,’’ he said.
The two last placed teams of Division 2 are Toba Kingz and Kolei United.
