At least five vehicles were involved in accidents over the Easter weekend at different locations.
There were no reports of death.
Reports reaching this paper said three vehicles had accidents on Good Friday while two accidents happened on Saturday.
It was claimed the accidents was a result of drink and driving.
It was reported that the passengers onboard the vehicles sustained major injuries whilst escaping from the scene.
An eye witness at Vara Creek said a young boy was about to have a nap in one of the betel nut market stalls when the truck crashed into it, damaging the market stall.
Meanwhile, police officers are currently investigating the accident.
