Five provincial Members of the Western Provincial Assembly (MPA) are in for the race s in this year’s General Election.
Despite criticism and questions from their wards reports reaching the paper said they have been to Honiara to visit and conform their intention with one political party – United Democratic Party.
The intending candidates include Pye Robert Kuve (Premier) George Solini Lilo (former Premier), Billy Veo a veteran politician currently member for Noro, MPA for Shortlands, Brisbane Amatorea (MPA for Shortlands and Lestor Saomasi a MPA for Marovo.
Whiles their intention have raised mixed reaction in the western province local political commentators have labeled their intentions as not good enough as yet.
