JULIAN Ricardo Marley, son of reggae legend Bob Marley, left yesterday for his last show in Brisbane after performing in Honiara.
Julian, accompanied by his band ‘Uprisings’, put up a mega show at the Panatina grounds on Wednesday that attracted thousands of fans.
The organisers of the festival aimed to promote unity, peace and harmony in advocating unified a Solomon Islands through the concert.
Most attendants described the show as a success and enjoyable when seeing Julian playing reggae music with such a style manifested from the likes and sensation of his father.
His visit and performance will be historic, memorable and a challenge for those attending it.
Despite public disturbances around the performance ground, he sung and dance to the rhythm and beat of his music along with his two female backup vocalists.
It’s understood Julian performed in Sydney and Melbourne, in Australia, and in Taupo, New Zealand, before flying over here.
He will put on his final show in Brisbane before heading home.
