The Solomon Islands Teachers Association Member’s Funds SMF has presented its constitution to SINTA during SINTA’s annual general meeting at the Honiara High School yesterday.
The constitution was welcomed by SINTA and the SMF members.
SINTA’s General Secretary Samson Faisi has described the formulation of the SMF Constitution as a milestone achievement of the association as it has been operating without legal guidelines in the past years.
The constitution clearly spelled out membership issues, processes of claims and loans, operation of the scheme, and others.
