Team Managers (TM) for all sports that have attended the recent PNG 2015 have been asked to convene at the NOCSI conference room on Wednesday 22 July, 5:30pm.
This is to cover the following matters:-
(i) Acknowledgement by NOCSI Board
(ii) Vote of thanks by CDM PNG 2015
(iii) CDM Report – Team SOL
(iv) Reports (general view of competition & results plus recommendations) by TMs (due date – 24 July)
(v) Update by TMs – number of athletes collecting uniforms, baskets, etc …
(vi) Program & Date: Farewell Lotu & Thanksgiving – Team SOL PNG 2015
(vii) Preparation & Budget for Vanuatu 2017 & Tonga 2019
Ronald Bei Talasasa Jnr the Chef De Mission said, further details (number of sports, etc) on the Vanuatu Games will be made but it is important to have a rest for a month and start preparing for Vanuatu 2017 and Tonga 2019.
”I call on all Team Managers to note the above matters that relate to PNG 2015 and attend the meeting on Wednesday.
”I also call on all the Federation Presidents and Secretary Generals to convene on Friday 24 July, at 5pm for briefing about Vanuatu 2017 and Tonga 2019. This meeting will only cover matters in relation to the Game,” Talasasa Jnr said.
