The Honiara 3×3 Streetballers championship set for Sunday August 9th has been deferred to Sunday August 16 at the Multi-purpose hall.
The postponement is because the Multi-purpose hall had been engaged by Solo Icon for their program on Sunday.
The championship is part of 3×3 basketball elite development program, and also to scout potential players for the 3×3 national team(s) both men and women to participate at the upcoming FIBA Oceania Open Zone championship to be held at Gold Coast, Australia in September.
Attractive prizes will be awarded to winners of both categories.
Basketball clubs, players and interested groups are called to quickly register their clubs or teams to participate at the competitions and have the chance to qualify to participate at the FIBA Oceania Championship.
