The ‘Touch Day Out’ Touch Rugby Competition Day 1 has been re-scheduled for this weekend, Saturday 13th February.
The event will take place at DC Park, Henderson from 12:00pm to 5:30pm. Organisers have apologised for postponing the event last weekend due to the condition of the field after the heavy rain and the risk of injury.
Teams are asked to make their way up to the venue around 10:30am to 11:00am. Team Manager’s meeting will be at 11:00am and start of the first games will begin at 12:00pm and carry on throughout the day.
All are invited to come up to enjoy the day at DC Park. Drinks & BBQ stall will be setup at the venue, the beach is available for use and a full day of an entertaining brand of Touch Rugby will be on display. Don’t Miss Out!

Their support has gone a long way to getting the event setup properly, prizes for the competition and help the club with its fundraising efforts.
The Hammer Heads Club has announced that it will aim to promote Good Sportsmanship on and off the field, and also uphold the 5 Core Values of Rugby throughout this event (Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline and Respect). Consolation prizes will be given out each week for Good Sportsmanship shown by individuals plus the Best & Fairest team at the end of the competition series.
