Seven men accused of the daylight robbery outside of the Bank of South Pacific (BSP) at Point Cruz early this year will appear in court on March 10.
Their matter was adjourned to yesterday for the prosecution to update the court on the status of investigations and for them to enter their pleas.
The Prison officers however did not bring the seven accused to court yesterday as they do not have any production order to do so.
As a result, a production order will be made for them to appear later this month.
Billy Deodore, the alleged ring leader of the alleged robbery Richard Rurai, Ben Farobo, Stanley Ramo, Junior David Faiga, Junior Eric Nathaniel and Milton Gwaliasi are facing robbery charges.
This was in relation to the allegation on the morning of 18 January this year outside of the old Westpac Bank, which is now the BSP.
They allegedly robbed $1million from two Asians who were on their way to the bank to make deposits.
Police had so far recovered more than $200, 000.
