MALAITA provincial government has presented a number of resolutions to the Prime Ministers Office (PMO) last week.
The list of resolutions was handed over to the Think Tank group which met with the Malaita Premier and executive.
In an interview with the Malaita premier Peter channel Ramohia said seeing that all the major projects in Malaita province may not eventuate five resolutions have been given to the Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare to be discussed with his government within 60 days.
Five of the resolutions are:
(1) National Government to provide an audited report of each national project to let the people of Malaita to see the use of the fund;
(2) Build roads to connect the whole island of Malaita;
(3) To support a development model that province wants to use in Malaita province;
(4) Prime Minister to put time available to face to face talk about development issues in Malaita province;
The premier said, the 60 days will begin after Think Tank group file the report and hands into the hands of the Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare.
The Think Tank group consisted of seven people and have officers from the Prime Ministers offices with a number of prominent Malaita leaders.
