The matter involving the town ground plaza has been further adjourned to April 21, for a pre-trial conference.
The pre-trial conference was not conducted last week as scheduled because prosecution has just handed the documents for the conference over to the defence counsel.
The defence counsel would therefore need time to go through the documents first before the pre-trial conference is conducted.
As a result, the matter was further adjourned and bails for both accused were extended.
Jennifer Sifoni and Angela Lanyu Chen were accused of making changes to the Shares and Directors of China United (SI) without the approval of the Shareholders and Directors of China United (SI).
Sifoni is facing two counts of false pretence in 2007 and 2010 while her co-accused Chen faces one count of false pretence charge relating to the 2010 alleged incident.
The court has early last month rejected an application made by the defence for a temporary stay pending the outcome of the civil case in the High Court between the China United (SI) and Austree Enterprises Pty Limited.
Another application made by the defence to dismiss the case was also refused last month.
