A MAN facing attempted murder and firearm charge in relation to an incident in Choiseul in 2013 on Wednesday denied the allegation levelled at him.
Enoch Kodo pleaded not guilty to one count of attempted murder, one count of possession of ammunition without a firearm licence, and two counts of intimidation.
These were in relation to allegations in 2013, 2014 and 2014 at various locations in Choiseul Province.
He allegedly threatened two different victims at different times and attempted murder another man using the firearm.
After entering his pleas, Principal Magistrate Jim Seuika adjourned the matter to May 11 for his lawyer to indicate the type of preliminary inquiry to be conducted on his case.
