THREE men accused of robbing a company in east Honiara of properties and cash valued at $160, 000 will take their pleas on May 25.
Willie Olo, James Bae and Jonis Suba are co-accused with two other men, Elson Kava and Martin Omaki, who are facing charges of receiving.
These two accused are not part of the alleged robbery but were alleged to have received part of the stolen properties.
Prosecution alleged the properties that include chainsaws, phones and other valuable properties including the cash, are not yet retrieved.
All accused appeared in court yesterday and were further remanded to reappear at the next court hearing.
The Public Solicitor’s Office is representing all accused.
