The current reining Miss Solomon Islands beauty pageant has urged the six pageant contestants to perform to their best.
Deanne Enoch highlighted this when she met the contestants at Coral Sea Resort on Sunday.
She urged each of them to do their best in the upcoming event.
She further challenged the winner of the competition to put her best during the Miss Pacific pageant competition later this year in Apia, Samoa because out that event is totally different from Solomon Islands.
“I encourage you to do your best of the best because you will compete against the best in the pacific level,” Ms Enoch told the contestants.
She said Solomon Islands can do it because our local ladies have beauty, talent, the brain and everything to win the competition.
“One thing I would like to advice you girls is that you have more time to prepare for this competition and I encourage you to prepare well.
“You are all smart girls and you have the capabilities to win this regional competition.
“Therefore as the current Miss Solomon Islands I wish you all the best in your preparation towards this event,” Miss Enoch said.
