Eleven (11) students from Solomon Islands have graduated at Pacific Adventist University (PAU) on Sunday 4th December 2016.
Those who successfully graduated with their respective degrees were;
– Alex Mamaka from Choiseul Province (Bachelor in Business- Accounting & Computing),;
– Leecrish Joseph from Western Province (Bachelor in Secondary Education);
– Rosemary Tobani from Guadalcanal Province(Bachelor in Nursing);
– Nolex Gosele from Western Province (Bachelor in Theology);
– Julia Niva from Western Province (Bachelor in Secondary Education);
– Chaphine Vaekesa from Choiseul and Western Province (Bachelor in Secondary Education);
– James Aengari from Malaita Province (Bachelor in Business – Accounting & Management);
– Katelyn Mola – Pole from Western and Malaita Province (Bachelor in Secondary Education);
– Jenesah David from Western Province (Bachelor in Arts & Humanities);
– Brian Aufilu from Malaita and Guadalcanal Province (Bachelor in Theology) and;
– Zania Enoch from Western Province (Bachelor in Secondary Education).
Two of these students received special awards namely: Leecrish Joseph graduated with a merit, and Chaphine Vaekesa got the Best Teaching Practice Award.
With pride and gratitude, the Solomon Islands Student and Staff Association (SISSA) in PAU and representatives from the Solomon Islands High Commission Office in Port Moresby were there to witness and celebrate the achievements of our fellow citizens.
