Sacrifice will motivate you to be a successful person in life.
The Malaita Provincial Health Director Dr. Henry Kako told the Auki primary school students during the 2016 end year prize giving and closing ceremony on Wednesday.
Dr. Kako who was the guest speaker at the occasion told the students that success will not come easy as it sometimes needs a sacrifice.
He told students not to take chances for granted and commit themselves to their studies.
While using his own experience as a child who once came from a very humble background with little resource to support his education, he said he is a fine example of a person who sacrifices his time and effort for his success today.
He told students that during his time as a student, his parent don’t have enough money to support his education but they have to sacrifice and find other means to support him to continue with his education which help him to this day.
Dr. Kako’s life story inspired the students and even the parents and teachers who were part of the event.
