FORMER Malaita Kingz import midfielder Abdouramane Kaba wishes his former club all the best for the 2017/18 Telekom S-League, which will kicks off this afternoon.
Kaba, from Papua New Guinea, sent his best wishes as he will no longer be playing for Malaita Kingz FC.
He is currently in Japan and is expected to play there when his paper works are settled.
“I heard about the new season of TSL going to start soon and I can guess how serious and ambitious every team is preparing towards it,’’ Kaba told Star Sports.
“I have a special wish for the team I played with for the last two TSL, Malaita Kings FC.’
“I won’t be there in Solomon Islands to take part in this new season; of course I miss everyone there in that team.’’
“To my former team Malaita Kings FC, I wish you all the best for the 2017/18 TSL,’’ he said.
“I have no doubts about the individual quality of each player, and I hope Kingz to get better results than the last season by working hard as a team.
“Go Kingz Go.”
Meanwhile, Malaita Kingz will kick off their campaign for this season against Western United tomorrow.
