MISS Malaita Greimie Ezra on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to Deputy Prime Minister Manasseh Maelanga who is one of her main supporters and sponsor.
Speaking at the brief meeting Mr Maelanga said that he was happy and proud to support Greimie to be Malaita’s representative at the Miss SI Pageant.
He added he is happy to be sponsoring Miss Malaita along with other patriotic Malaitans who love their home and people.
Responding to Mr Maelanga Ms Ezra said that she is also very happy and grateful to Mr Maelanga for his support and promised to do her very best to make the people of Malaita proud.
The Miss SI Pageant Director Joyce Konofilia also thanked Mr Maelanga and other Malaitans who supported Greimie and also Kenny Tong who also wish Greimie all the best.
Ms Konofilia said that Mr Maelanga is a leader who cares for his people and therefore reflected in his support for Miss Malaita who is the last contestant to secure a sponsor.
