Ministry plans signing off, Friday

SCHOOL results for forms threes and fives are expected to be published by the end of this week.
Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development (MEHRD) Acting Permanent Secretary James Bosamata confirmed this on Tuesday.
Bosamata said as a practice, they will organise a signing off program as part of declaration and a day after, results should be published in the newspapers.
“We are looking at declaring the form three and five results on Friday 11th January. That means by Saturday 12th their results should appear in the papers,” he said.
He said this will be followed by grade six and form six results.
Throughout the week, parents and students have been enquiring about when the results would be published.
Parents say they wanted to know the results sooner so that they can prepare their children for the 2019 academic year.
