BMOBILE network coverage in North East Malaita has reportedly down raising complaints from customers from Baegu-Asifola and Lau-Mbaelelea constituencies this festive season.
Solomon Star Auki was told that Bmobile network users were unable to stay connected with their families in the country and overseas due to a suspected network failure.
Most have wanted to call and text their loved ones but failed in numerous times.
As a result, they are calling on Bmobile to fix the poor network coverage as soon as possible to allow its customers to stay connected with the outside world this festive session.
Parts of Lau Mbaelelea and the whole of Baegu Asifola is without Bmobile network for the almost a month now and they want to see the network coverage restored back to normalcy.
Meanwhile, the Bmobile office in Auki was unable to make comments on the matter due to the current festive break.
This paper will sought comments from them when they resume operations.
