Prime Minister (PM) Manasseh Sogavare is not on Facebook.
The Office of the Prime Minister clarified over the weekend after a fake FB account bearing the Prime Minister’s full name and photo has been active on social media.
“Prime Minister Hon. Manasseh Sogavare does not own or operate a Facebook account so the public must be aware of a fake account bearing his name,” the statement said.
The Office of the Prime Minister warns, whoever created this fake account will be prosecuted as soon as investigations are completed.
