ROVE Clinic and Kukum Clinic will be providing health services during the lockdown period as well as the National Referral Hospital.
A notice from the Honiara City Council management said all other clinics will be closed.
Honiara City is currently under a 60 hour lockdown after a person travelling from Ontong Java onboard MV Akwa to Honiara was tested positive for COVID-19 early this week.
Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare in a special address yesterday (19th January 2022) said a lockdown will enable the health team to identify and contact trace the passengers that arrived in Honiara from Ontong Java on 10th January 2022.
The lockdown will end on Saturday 22nd January at 6am.
