THE Solomon Airlines has reintroduced the ‘Iumi Tugeda’ holiday program.
Chairman, Frank Wickham when speaking via zoom during the press conference last week confirmed this program.
“Our Iumi Tugeda holiday program has been reintroduced and Solomon Airlines has joined the 13 local tourism operators, Tourism Solomon and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to announce the restart of the popular ‘Iumi tugeda holiday program’ following the recommencement of the domestic flights.
“As part of this, we are also reintroducing our 21 days advance fares on selected routes to incentivise bookings,” he said.
He added since the 28th of March domestic flight passengers are able to travel to and from the 20 destinations in the airline’s network.
All of these subjects to the meeting of the Solomon Islands Gov’t COVID-19 requirements travel.
“As we restart our flying, we will closely monitor passengers and travel requirements and will add further flights as they are needed.
“With this the people will become familiar with the new requirement, we will see more people flying and we are preparing to scale up our operation to ensure we can fly everybody where they need to go,” he said.
He told the local journos that Solomon Airlines is now ready to welcome guests across 7 provinces, 10 destinations.
Solomon Airlines is also offering up to 50% of holidays packages combined with discounts Solomon Airlines flights.
