MISS Solomon Islands, Tiare Haro, was awarded the National Tourism Award and Best Stage Interview Award at the Miss Pacific Islands 2022-2023 crowning last Friday in Apia, Samoa.
She was amongst the five contestants for the Miss Pacific Islands Crown.
Miss Papua New Guinea, Josie Nicholas, was crowned the Miss Pacific Islands 2022-2023, making it the third time for her home country to receive the Miss Pacific Islands Crown.
The first runner up wsa Miss Samoa, Haylani Kuruppu, whilst the second runner up was Miss American Samoa, Kauhani Fuimaono.
The Miss Photogenic Awarded went to Miss American Samoa, Kauhani Fuimaono, while the Miss Personality Awarded went to Miss Nauru, Alexander Pitcher.
The Best Sarong Award went to Miss Samoa, Haylani Kurupu and Best Traditional Inspired Wear Award went to Miss American Samoa, Kauhani Fuimaono.
