THE Solrais women’s premier league (SWPL) will only play four this weekend at the DC Park sports ground, Henderson in east Honiara.
Three matches will be played today and one tomorrow, Sunday February 13th.
Ha’arosia and Koloale FC will open the day’s matches at 12 mid-day followed by Naha FC and Haura FC at 2pm and Henderson Eels will play RSIPF Royals at 4pm.
Tomorrow’s match between Geniagu FC and West Honiara is scheduled for 2pm.
The race for the SWPL title is getting tough as the four top teams aim to finis top of the season to have a chance of qualifying for a spot in the inaugural OFC women’s champions’ league.
Koloale FC remains at the top of the table with 43 points, on second place is RSIPF Royals with 41 points, Henderson Eels with 38 points on third and Frigates also with 38 points on the fourth spot.
