THE South Sea Evangelical Church (SSEC) Education Authority has congratulated and thanked the 2023 graduands of Technical Institute of Malaita (TIM) for having chosen the institution to undertake their studies.
Speaking at the TIM 8th graduation ceremony last Friday, the SSEC Education Authority representative, Javin Rukia, congratulated the 64 graduands for their decision to study at TIM.
Mr Rukia also thanked TIM Director, Bernard Bakote’e and his team for an incredible leadership, which saw the TIM continue to achieve greatness as an institution.
“I would like to take this time to thank the Director of the institute and his team for making sure the school continues with its operation until today.
“Perhaps, there are issues that your education authority does not address well, but you have shown commitment and dedication to show another pathway for [y]our students,” he added.
“Further, may I congratulate all of you, students, who have selected TIM as an institute to meet your expectations and the nation as a whole.
“You have been intrinsically motivated to produce something that has not been done before.”
“I am proud of you students for completing your research as required by the school.”
“All of you have achieved something for the future generation to be blessed with, like discovering medicines in the field of health.”
“Therefore, students please show to the market over there that you have something to contribute to our nation-building,” Mr Rukia further added.
