TWO men accused of possessing a firearm at Burns Creek, East Honiara, between December last year and January this year will be entering their pleas to the allegations next week.
Dudley Fasi and Joe Moffin are facing one count each for the Possession of a Firearm without a Firearm Licence.
Their matter was mentioned in the Honiara Magistrate Court this week and their matter was further adjourned for plea on June 21.
The prosecution alleged that between 24 December 2022 and 10 January 2023, the duo possessed a firearm without a licence at Burns Creek.
