CLEZY Rore was unofficially re-elected for North Vella La Vella Constituency in Western Province.
Five candidates contested the seat.
Returning officer for North Vella Constituency Harrison Geni declared the results at the Western Provincial Office in Gizo on Friday afternoon.
He retains his seat for the second term in parliament house with the total of the majority vote.
Mr Rore is a member of the Peoples First Party (PFP).
Following the release of the result there was mass celebration at the constituency yesterday.
His victory means a good news for many of his voters and supporters who travelled back to Honiara from Western province on Friday morning onboard MV Fair Glory.
