The DC Park Rugby 7s Solbrew Series 2024 kicked off on Friday at the DC Park sports ground in Henderson.
A total of 24 matches were played, covering rounds 1 and 2 across four categories: youths, men’s, women’s, and social.
Today marks day 2 of the competition, with round 3 matches starting at 10am.
The intensity is expected to rise as teams vie for spots in the finals.
Quarter-finals and semi-finals are scheduled for this afternoon.
The grand finals and losers’ finals are set for Sunday, followed by the closing program in the evening.
Today’s matches are anticipated to be highly competitive, with teams aiming to secure their places in the quarter-finals and semi-finals, which will commence immediately after the completion of round 3.
