ONE of the five men who allegedly robbed a shop opposite the King George School, east Honiara, has been remanded in custody last Friday.
Hudson Billy, who faces one count of robbery, was remanded in custody until January 22, when he will re-appear in court.
His co-accused Philip Kenei is currently at the National Referral Hospital due to injuries sustained during his chase made by the public.
The two accused and three others,who are still at large, were allegedly armed with bush knives when they stormed into the Tuna Enterprise and attacked the shop owner and shop keepers.
No one was hurt during the alleged attack.
The accused and their cohorts allegedly took off with about $10,000 cash, 40 packets of Solbako and five sleeves of Cigarettes.
The public assisted and chased the alleged robbers and managed to catch two of them while three others escaped.
