A press conference will be held at Honiara City Council’s chambers on Thursday 3rd March 2016 at 10am to announce the results of the by election of Vuhokesa ward in Central Honiara..
The by-election will be held tomorrow.
The by-election Returning Officer will be present as will the Acting Lord Mayor and City Clerk to announce the results after the counting.
The seat was left vacant after incumbent councillor Late Jack Igi Maeli passed away December last year.
The contesting candidates are Paul Furai, Dorothy Ngaro, Dominic Mauli, Jack Igi Lui, Robert Sale, Danny Konge and Greg Malefo.
