ANZ Solomon Islands last Friday launched its mega campaign, joining other ANZ branches across the Pacific to give its customers the opportunity to win a new brand Toyota hilux.
Present to officially launch the mega campaign are Chief Executive officer (CEO) of ANZ Solomon Islands, Geoffrey Buchanan and Toyota Solomon Islands CEO, Democrito Sayman.
The campaign draws from the success of ANZ’s first Pacific Mega Campaign held in 2015 that saw a total of AUD$100,000 in prize money awarded to four lucky customers for banking with ANZ in the Pacific.
ANZ CEO Geoffrey Buchanan said operating here for this long is a milestone achievement and is timely to “give back to our valid customers”.
“ANZ has been in Solomon Islands for close to 50 years and we are committed to helping people achieve their personal goals, whether it be through our flagship MoneyMinded program, or opening Savings and ANZ goMoney accounts, or providing Personal Loans or Home Loans for our customers,” he said.
“Through the Mega Campaign, we now also have the opportunity to say thank you to our customers for their ongoing support and commitment to ANZ.”
ANZ Head of Retail, Lyn Fa’arodo said all ANZ customers are eligible to enter campaign.
She explained each entry gained during the promotion period will constitute one chance at winning the draw.
“Where the account that is subject of the entry event is held jointly by two or more persons, entries gained per entry event will be credited to the account holder named as the first account holder only,” she said.
Mrs Fa’arodo said in order to qualify for the draws, there are set criteria to meet according to the different levels of services provided by ANZ.
“Drawdown of any ANZ personal or small loan must be at a minimum of $640SBD; this will qualify a single entry for every multiple of threshold amount.
“On the home loan or residential investment category, a minimum $6,400SBD is the loan value that one can qualify for the draw that would mean two entries for every multiple of threshold amount.
“For those wanting refinancing in other commercial banks through personal, home or residential investment loan, entries will be tripled depending on the amount intended to obtain from ANZ.
“New customers wanting to join for this campaign purpose are also welcome to do so, with a minimum deposit of $640SBD for savings account as opening balance with two entries similarly for term deposit accounts.”
She said there are also existing customers and there are available avenues they can be part of this draw.
“Use of internet banking grants you two entries, same as mobile banking through the goMoney.
“There are also additional criteria where a customer can bring a non-existing customer to join ANZ bank in any branches or agents and be entitled to five entries.”
She said these criteria are set for during the mega campaign promotion only.
“The public is welcome to query and ask more on areas of doubt at any of our branches or agents.”
