Dear Editor – On behalf of LB Construction Company we wish to take this opportunity to apologize for the allegations against you in our report in the last weekends Solomon Star and Island Sun Newspapers.
We have found out that we were misinformed by two staff on the $100,000 money allegedly to be paid to you and without proper investigation we mistakenly put it to media.
We have found that the money was misused by two of our staff and we are now in process of reporting this to the police for investigation.
We are deeply sorry for what we have done and we regretted what we caused to you as the Head of the Ministry.
We ask for your forgiveness and request if any civil lawsuit against us is dropped as these allegations against you is not true.
By copy of this letter Solomon Star and Island Sun Newspapers are copied so that they will publicly publish our apology to you on our behalf.
On behalf of the company once again we are sorry and we look forward for your sincere understanding on this unfortunate incidence.
We assure you that we will not do such a thing in the future until we are sure of the facts to the matter.
