He added a third and Eagles fourth of the semi-final 4-0 victory over Choiseul to put the game to bed.
Speaking to the press on Wednesday, Baegeni said he was pleased to help his team advance to the next stage.
“I am really happy to help my team enter the grand final.
“It was a special moment for me to play in-front of such a big crowd,” he said.
The lad from Sinamauri village in West Kwaio gave credit to his team’s for his hatrick.
“Massive thanks to my team mates who provided the assists.
“I know without my team mates I could not able to score the goals.
“I think our players are strong and kept their discipline in check throughout the game,” the goal getter added.
Baegeni’s hatrick in the semi-final victory over Kukuvoju stretch his golden booth tally to eight goals.
When asked on the top scorer status, the West Kwaio native said with God’s help he will add one more in the grand-final.

The 22 year old shared his experience of playing at a packed Lawson Tama.
“It’s a totally different experience playing at Lawson Tama in front of such big crowd today (yesterday).
“We know most of the supporters are Malaitans but on the pitch we were more concern with the game not the crowd,” he stated.
The Eagles golden boy stressed they are improving after each game in the tournament.
“I think in our first games our pace was bit slower since we lack experience in a big tournament.
“But as the tournament progress on, we started to improve our game and build our confidence,” he stressed.
Baegeni hatrick saw him received the Man of the match from Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare after the semi-final triumph yesterday.
