The Solomon Islands men’s national basketball squad will again go up against a Honiara Select side this weekend.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 2pm at the Multipurpose Hall.
The match is organized as preparations for the Pacific Games in Papua New Guinea (PNG) in July.
The men’s squad has been dominant in all friendly matches so far winning all meets.
According to coach Fa’amoana Topue, the Honiara Select side will now include Solomon Island based Filipino players.
He said the idea for the mixture of players is to get a strong contest from them to give the squad some real tough competition environment.
