Can I ask the bemobile management to do something about their top-up services via BSP mobile banking.
It seems that over the past weeks the service has been down affecting many of its customers in the provinces that depend on BSP to top-up their credit to make calls and access internet.
Its very frustrating to get credits when there’s no top-up agents nearby.
When some of us tried to do top-up via BSP there is always an ‘error’ message.
Please we hope this issue is rectified sooner as most of us depend on your service.
Thank you bemobile in the meantime for some of your best offers to your customers.
Not only that we need bemobile to expand to other provinces.
Hope this is issue with top-up is sorted out sooner.
