ONE of the telecommunication providers in the country and Honiara City’s largest network provider Bmobile-Vodafone has launched yet another of its attractive data product, last week.
Called the Data-Club, the product is set to bring in superior quality data in affordable pack size.
This new product was launched after the company just recently finished their IP upgrades in conjunction with Huawei on 31st August and now can provide robust network for voice and data services with the ability now to handle higher traffic, a statement from the company stated.
The upgrades will enable the company to deliver better and more affordable data services for their customers.
Speaking at the launch event last Thursday, PNG based Bmobile-Vodafone Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Parag Panjwani said their customers are very important and their demands for data with the fastest speed, cheaper price, and better services is very significant.
“We believe that customers drive our business; customers asked for more data, with better speeds and at better prices; so we launched the D-Club.
“Eventually, customer experience is all that matters. If customers find greater value and better experience in our products, they will not want to use any other service.
“Data connectivity defines the quality of network around the world. Vodafone recently announced they are the world’s largest high-speed data network and it is the same experience that we aim to deliver here in Solomon Islands and PNG,” Parag stated.
He added that this is exciting times for the company. In the last 12 months they have doubled their data users, with the aim to again double again the number of users and become the preferred network with the fastest speed and best value.
Meanwhile, the New D-Club bundles offer tremendous values with more that 35 percent (%) extra for some of the price points. The new D-Club will include the D5, D15, D20, D120, and D220.
D5 can be bought for $5 and has 60 megabytes (mb) of data valid for 24 hours; D15 can be subscribed to for $15 with 150mb that will be valid for 2 days, followed by D20 with 350mb for $20 and valid for 3 days.
Two of the major bundles within the D-Club are D120 and D220. The D120 can be bought for $120 with 1 Gigabytes (GB) of data and valid for 14 days.
The D220 is designed for the SME market giving 3GB of data for a month for just $220.
“This will be perfect for small business keeping them stay connected to the global network at unbelievable prices.
“The D-Club will be quick, cost effective and simple to use,” a company statement has stated.
