LOSING candidate, Albert Fono has filed a petition against elected member for North West Guadalcanal, Bodo Dettke in High Court on Thursday.
Fono has engaged a local legal firm to challenge Bodo over allegation of bribery and treating.
A spokesperson for Fono’s camp said, they have strong evidence with number of witnesses to testify against Bodo in the court of law over this election related allegations.
Meanwhile, Fono and Bodo recently have reconciled after their supporters have engaged in fight over the result of the election.
Both Fono and Bodo have paid custom money, pigs and cash to settle the dispute.
Now, Fono is taking Bodo again in court to challenge him over allege crimes he committed against the Electoral Law.
