MALAITA’s Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) for Ward 29 Felix Bosokuru expresses thanks for the opportunity given to his ward to host the 2021 South Seas Evangelical Church (SSEC) Northern Region Youth Convention.
Speaking to Solomon Star Auki following the official opening of the four days event, Mr. Bosokuru congratulated the host association and thanked the 2021 SSEC Northern Region Youth Coordinator Joseph Su’umani for a job well done.
The Ward 29 MPA who is one of the guests at the event said youths need such inspiring events to encourage them in their spiritual lives.
He said physical growth alone is not enough for youths where he said the organizers of the event have done a tremendous job in hosting such a meaningful event for youths to strengthen their faith and to learn from other educational presentations that will be presented within the course of the event.
With that, he said the MARA government is supportive of such spiritual activity where he encouraged more of such events in Ward 29 as a way forward for peace, love, and unity among youths.
Mr. Bosokuru encouraged youths who attended the event to utilize the event not only to strengthen their spiritual faith, but to interact, and learn from other youths.
Similarly, he encouraged youths to share the positive messages they learn from the four days event with other youths back home who could not find time to join the great occasion.
