Bank South Pacific (BSP) board chairman Kosta Constantinou and BSP’s Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Robin Fleming arrived on Wednesday in Honiara.
Solomon Island BSP bank Country Manager David Anderson confirmed this to the Solomon Star yesterday.
Mr Anderson said, the trip is part of their schedule visit and to officially clarify information on the bank’s recent announcement to take over Westpac Bank.
A further statement on the proposed takeover and the visits will be made available this morning media conference at BSP headoffice.
