DEAR EDITOR,
Its very frustrating to note that over the weekend on Sunday I used the top-up service from the BSP service and nothing came through.
I just wasted around $60 from my BSP account. This is very disappointing.
In the past BSP do not normally refund this.
Its something that some of us need to learn from.
And that is do not use that service.
Please BSP something must be done to stop this from affecting other customers.
