Solomon Islands Volleyball Federation (SIVF) says there are still seeking spaces for teams wishing to take part in the upcoming Annual National Volleyball Championship set for next month in the capital, Honiara.
SIVF president Morris Maitaki echoed this sentiment to Star Sports in a statement yesterday.
“A further reminder of the upcoming 11th Annual National Volleyball.
Championship events to be held in Honiara during April 14-23 2017,’’ he said.
“The entry deadline for the event is April 12, 2017 and there are still places available for men and women teams to enter,’’ he said.
The president also stressed SIVF deferred Congress will be held on the 16th April 2017.
“All formalities for the meeting will be made available a week before the congress convene.
“For the member associations, please contact NOCSI office 24116 or 7472316 for your travel arrangement.
“We look forward to welcoming your teams and delegates to Honiara,’’ he added.
