Dear Editor – Please help. I’m trying to top-up cash water and power using mobile banking 277 and it is useless.
It seems it occurs especially on the weekends.
Can Solomon Water and Solomon Power advise if they can make these services available at shops similar to the ones you can get top-ups from Solomon Telekom for mobile phones?
I have been desperate for water and power all throughout the weekend.
