CATHOLIC youths of the Holy Cross Cathedral in Honiara enacted the annual drama of the passion of the Christ in front of hundreds of people along the street yesterday morning.
The drama started from the Honiara Central Marketat 8am and ended at the Holy Cross Cathedral.
The youths teamed up with fellow Catholics from their sister dioceses in Auki and Gizo to put on the drama.
Catholics were joined by members of the public along the street to watch the performance.
It was an interesting and emotional performance of the suffering and the love that our Savior Jesus Christ, on which the story of Easter was based.
Ministries within the Holy Cross Parish have been preparing their hearts and minds through their prayers to participate in Easter Traduum celebrating the death and resurrection of our lord Jesus Christ throughout this holy week.
Other youths and churches within Honiara and throughout the country have also performed the annual drama in their various churches.
