American gospel reggae artist of all-time, Christafari will embark on a tour to Solomon Islands mid this year.
Christafari announced this in a Facebook page post around lunch time today.
The post said, they are looking to visit the country in late May or early June.
“We’re looking to return to minister again in the Solomon Islands late May early June of 2025,” the social media announcement said.
Christafari in that post also asked for pastors, churches and evangelists which they can partner with on this trip. Not only that but recommendation for which islands to visit.
Details of the tour was not immediately available.
The group visited Solomon Islands few times already.
They also visited Auki in Malaita during one of their trips and performed live there.
Christafari was founded in 1989 by songwriter, producer and lead vocalist, Mark Mohr.
Raised in a Christian family, Mark strayed from his spiritual upbringing during his teens and turned to drugs and alcohol.
After having an undeniable encounter with God at a youth camp just before his 18th birthday, Mark re-committed his life to Christ and took what he now calls his “Freedom Step” out of addiction.
At that point, his greatest desire was to help others step out of the same bondage that once entangled him.
He felt God leading him to start the first Gospel reggae band in America.
