SPORTS coaches have expressed gratitude for the opportunity to do work and study with laptops recently rendered by LiteHaus International.
A good number of sports federations’ coaches who are under scholarship at SINIS were introduced to the laptops at the SINIS High Performance Centre early this week.
Coach for Para Athletics [Portfolio 3], Augustine Olibuma on behalf of coaches told SINIS Media said they really appreciate the new laptops being donated, as it will ease their work and studies.
“It has been a challenge for us coaches earlier on to access laptops for our work and study purposes, this is in areas such as on doing our research through our own sport specific areas.
“Having the opportunity to work using these laptops
“We thank SINIS and LiteHaus International for for providing these laptops,” he said.
A total of 30 laptops were recently donated to SINIS under the partnership with Jack Growden from LiteHaus International.
The refurbished laptops will allow coaches to complete a range of online courses that are part of the SINIS Coach Development program curriculum.
SINIS provides office space and wifi access to all national coaches and scholarship coaches to use the laptops for their continual professional development.
The laptops are only to be used at the High Performance Centre for work and study purposes when needed by the coaches.
